Originally from London and now based in Rye, Nykeeta is the founder of Good Ground Pilates and brings an energetic, welcoming approach to movement and wellbeing. With a passion for helping people feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to their bodies, her classes are designed to be both challenging and accessible, regardless of experience level.
Specialising in reformer Pilates, Nykeeta also teaches dynamic mat-based classes that focus on building core strength, improving mobility, enhancing posture, and developing full-body control. Her teaching style combines precise technique with a fun, uplifting atmosphere, often accompanied by an upbeat soundtrack to keep energy levels high throughout the session.
Whether you're completely new to Pilates, returning after a break, or looking to complement other activities such as running, cycling, swimming, or strength training, Nykeeta's classes provide a supportive environment where you can move, sweat, and leave feeling stronger than when you arrived.
