What to Expect
After breakfast at a stunning location in the rolling Kent Downs, we'll be setting off on a carefully curated tour through some of England's most picturesque countryside - taking in sweeping B-roads, hidden lanes and a surprise morning stop along the way!
On arrival at a beautiful vineyard where an award-winning al-fresco lunch awaits, you'll then be able to enjoy one of two afternoon activities.
Option One: Rye Walking Tour
Enjoy a one-hour guideded tour of Rye's medieval town. Cobbled lanes full of half-timbered buildings house an array of independent shops and cafes, historic landmarks and stories of smugglers and highwaymen!
Option Two: Sober Sommelier
Enjoy all the flavour of a great cocktail without the headache and the ability to still get behind the wheel! Our Sober Sommelier will guide your through the art of alcohol-free mixology whilst surrounded by the stunning classic vehicles at Aubrey Halls.
The day ends with an optional three-course meal at a beautiful English country manor house. You can also stay the night at the manor or at one of the local hotels where we have secured preferential rates.

Distinguished Gentleman's Drive
The Distinguished Gentleman’s Drive is a celebration of classic style. Founded in 2021, this next drive will be taking place on Sunday, September 27th 2026. It is an on-road motoring event, uniting classic cars built 40 years or older, designed to encourage enthusiasts and vintage car owners around the world to dress dapper and drive for men’s health. Funds raised by our Distinguished Gentlefolk support our charity partner, Movember. These funds are invested in vital research and programs for prostate cancer and men's mental health to support the wellbeing of men all around the world. The Distinguished Gentleman's Drive is a themed event, where drivers and their passengers dress dapper to complement the elegant design of their vehicles.
We are delighted to welcome guests of the Distinguished Gentlemen’s Drive to the Aubrey Halls, Rye, for a day celebrating motoring, adventure, and camaraderie.
Starting and ending at our unique riverside destination, participants will embark on a meticulously curated 100-mile driving route through the heart of Kent, the Garden of England, and the rolling landscapes of East Sussex. Combining traditional tulip roadbook navigation, printed maps, and carefully selected driving roads, the route has been designed to be as engaging as the destination itself.
The day begins with speciality coffee and a private tour of the classic cars before guests set off on an unforgettable journey through some of the South East's most beautiful countryside. Along the way, participants will enjoy exclusive stops, offering unique opportunities to explore remarkable locations, meet fellow enthusiasts, and admire an eclectic collection of machinery.
Returning to the Aubrey Halls in the afternoon, guests will be welcomed back to relax amongst the classic cars, share stories from the road, and celebrate the spirit of the Distinguished Gentlemen's Drive. Wood-fired pizzas and drinks will also be available from The Winery.
Combining exceptional roads, fascinating destinations, and the warm hospitality of the Aubrey Halls, this promises to be a memorable day for drivers and passengers alike.

Welcome to The Aubrey Hounds Club, a relaxed monthly dog meet at The Aubrey Halls that brings together dogs and their humans for coffee, conversation, and community.
This month, held in collaboration with mobile coffee shop Cafe Elise, on Sunday 9 August from 10.30am, The Aubrey Hounds Club welcomes four-legged friends of every shape, size, age, and breed. Whether you have an energetic puppy, a rescue dog, a senior companion, or simply love meeting fellow dog owners, you'll find a warm welcome at Rye's newest dog social.
Set beside the River Rother at The Aubrey Halls, our monthly meet offers the perfect opportunity for dogs to socialise while owners enjoy speciality coffee from our fabulous pop-up Lotus Elise café.
Every Aubrey Hounds Club meet includes speciality coffee, teas, and refreshments for owners, plus free puppuccinos for every pooch in attendance. Expect plenty of tail wags, new friendships, and a welcoming atmosphere for both regular visitors and first-time guests.

Floristry workshop
Join Maisie from Blooming Roza, who you may have seen selling her gorgeous blooms at our Rye Classics events, for a two-and-a-half-hour workshop at the Aubrey Halls in Rye, on Saturday 11 July from 1pm.

THE AUBREY TOURING CLUB: FATHER’S DAY DRIVE
Join us on Father's Day, Sunday 21 June, for the inaugural Aubrey Touring Club drive.
The morning begins at The Aubrey Halls in Rye, where all fathers will receive a complimentary coffee of their choice before we set off on a carefully curated driving route through the beautiful roads of Kent and East Sussex, following a mix of maps and tulip directions, or sat nav for those who want to relax. Along the way, guests will enjoy a surprise mid-route stop, before returning to The Aubrey Halls for a relaxed lunch.
To celebrate Father's Day, all fathers will also receive a complimentary drink when ordering a pizza from The Winery on our return.

Legends Drivers Club Porsche Meet
Nestled in the picturesque coastal town of Rye, East Sussex, The Aubrey Halls is a new automotive destination - the first of its kind in the South East.
Parking outside The Aubrey Halls is strictly for Porsche/ LDC Ticket holders.
Tickets must be pre-booked, as spaces are limited. All pedestrians, children, and well-behaved four-legged friends are most welcome to attend for free. Please register for your free pedestrian tickets using the link below.
Entry of your vehicle for exhibition is conditional on your acceptance that LEGENDS or LEGENDS employees and collaborators are not liable for any loss or damage to you or your vehicle and/or its contents.
